项目位于浙江省杭州市萧山区。项目建筑面积约22万方,规划14幢高层和8幢叠排,并代建小学与幼儿园,成就杭州难得品质住区。 项目位于博奥路与建设一路交汇处,约300m可达风情大道,距离地铁7号线明星路站(在建)约1km,多维路网畅达全城。作为世界奥体、国际滨江、萧山市北三核共融区,项目周边集萃城市繁华资源:汇聚东方一品等高端楼盘,纵揽萧山宝龙广场等商业配套,约2公里范围内涵盖萧山第五高级中学等学府,浙二滨江院区等甲级医院环伺,构筑繁华都会生活圈。

The project is located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The construction area of the project is about 220,000 square meters. It is planned to build 14 high-rises and 8 stacked rows, and build primary schools and kindergartens on behalf of them, achieving a rare quality residential area in Hangzhou. The project is located at the intersection of Boao Road and Jianyi Road, about 300m to Fengqing Avenue, about 1km from Xingxing Road Station (under construction) of Metro Line 7, and the multidimensional road network reaches the whole city. As the world Olympic sports, international riverside, and the northern three nuclear integration zone of Xiaoshan City, the surrounding area of the project gathers the city's prosperous resources: gathers high-end real estate such as Oriental First Grade, and embraces commercial facilities such as Xiaoshan Powerlong Plaza, covering the fifth highest level of Xiaoshan within 2 kilometers High schools such as middle schools, Zhejiang Binjiang hospital and other Class A hospitals are all around, building a prosperous metropolitan life circle.
